More Great Buildings!!

Hi,

The Fall Event is still going on, but, as you know, I'm not really that interested in it except on East-Nagach and for Wishing Wells. So, the major news is not connected to that this week, it's about the new Great Buildings I've got on Brisgard. I got the Blueprints for, and built, the Observatory and Chateau Frontenac this week. So, I now have 11 Great Buildings on Brisgard. Just as I was getting into leveling up Statue of Zeus and Cath of Achen to level 10, I have more to level :)

Brisgard

I got rid of a couple of Military Buildings this week (the Armored Car and Conscript ones) and so I had room for the Chateau and the Explosives Factory (under construction in the top right of the picture). It was a great week for Great Buildings :)

I kept up with the Fall Event on all world this week, doing the Daily and collecting incidents on every world. They're all in the Apprentice League, so they should all get the final Barn Upgrade. Really important on East-Nagach.

I did GE on every World this week. I actually completed level 4 on 6 of them!! This brought in tons of Diamonds. As I'm above 10K, I can spend them freely. I spent 400 on a couple of expansions, and also 150 on the Fall Event (stupidly). So, I could have been a lot higher, but I finished the week on 11,305. Not bad, I made at least 1000 this week.

I managed to place a lot more Wishing Wells this week, as I got quite a few Shrink Kits from the Fall Event.

I'm really looking forward to the end of the event, and settling down to getting ready to Age up. I'll do this on Worlds that have at least 1000 of each current era good. Not on Brisgard yet, but I think Sinerania and Dunarsund are ready.

Oh Yeah, I did get a couple more Great Buildings this week. Temple of Relics on both Cirgard and Noarsil.

More Wishing Wells!!

Hi,

Lots of action in the Fall Event this week. One day, it was the Wishing Well as the Daily Special. I'd been saving all the currency on Dunarsund and Sinerania waiting for this day. It was great that it was quite a way into the event and not right near the beginning. Anyway. I got about 6 on Sinerania, and about 8 on Durarsund this way. There is nowhere to place all of them yet, but that will come with time. Of course, each city got one from the grand prize a bit through the prize line too. Here's the inventory of Dunarsund, with 7 Wishing Wells, and 2 Fountain of Youths still to place :)

So, the Fall Event has been really good, especially for Wishing Well collecting :) The Barn is coming along nicely on East-Nagach, and is now level 3. It has four fields connected too. Once it's level 4 and has six fields connected, it will be awesome. I'm feeling that it will be pretty easy to stay in the Apprentice League, and get the Harvest Farm Selection Kit. This will give the final upgrade for the Barn.

In other news, a lot of GE was done this week, and so I collected a lot of Diamonds too. I didn't actually complete level 4 on any world, but did get to the 3rd platform of level 4 on a lot of them. I'm up to 10,765 now. That doesn't seem like a great week, but I also spent quite a lot this week. I spent 400 on an expansion slot on Sinerania, so that it had room for event quest stuff. Also, lots of 10s for negotiations, I also spent 50 on Brisgard, just to get the Modern Continent quicker :)

That's about it for this week. Nearly every world is up to date on the Fall Event quest line. A few are a few quests behind, but it looks like all of them will get to complete all 75.

Tiny Town No More!!

Well, my participation in the Tiny Town challenge is at an end. If you don't know what that is, it's getting a city leveled up without the use of a single expansion. I was doing fine on East-Nagach, but then the Fall Event hit, and I realized that I just couldn't get the event done reasonably without more space. My big mistake had been building the Hippodrome track. It took up way too much space, and I just couldn't bring myself to delete it. Anyway, East-Nagach is just a regular world now, in the EMA and will progress as normal. Here it is now. It's the only one I'm building the Harvest Barn on, because it's the newest City I have:

In other news, the Fall Event is now a week old. All my worlds are progressing nicely through the quest chain, and most are 20-29 quests in now. East-Nagach is furthest along in the baking, having just got the 50 FPs from the Grand Prize, and is now in the Apprentice League. My Wishing Well worlds of Dunarsund and Sinerania are waiting until a Wishing Well is the daily prize, then they'll contribute. It is a reasonably fun event, with two quests on the go at once, but I'm having a hard time doing the daily too, because of work, and I don't like multi-building event buildings.

A lot of GE happened this week, and I made a lot of Diamonds too. I'm at 10,410 now, but I spent 400 on an Expansion on Dunarsund, so I could build the Temple of Relics. I need more space there if I get more Wishing Wells, but I'll worry about that later. I hope to gradually get enough Diamonds so that I can keep above 10K and buy all the Diamond Expansions on every world.

All my other time was just in progressing the cities, gathering coins, supplies, and goods, and preparing to advance in age once the Fall Event is over. I really need more GBs on East-Nagach now. I'm one BP short of a set for Cathedral of Achen, so I might buy that this week. I have the BPs and Goods for Temple of Relics, but I need to work on Attack bonus ones first. Oh, and of course I need to think about getting ARC BPs too :)

Oh, oh, one other new thing. I built my first Alcatraz on Brisgard!!! I used up pretty much all the spare space there. I'll show a picture of it next week.

Ten Thousand Diamonds!!

Hi,

Yes, I made it to 10K Diamonds this week. Well, that wasn't really hard, because I was at 9610 last week, but it came in another relaxing week. I didn't work at GE that much, getting to level 4 on most, but not even doing GE4 where most of the Diamonds usually come from. The reason to GET TO GE4 is that the last platform of GE3 has a 25% chance to give 100 Diamonds. So, getting there on 5 or 6 Worlds usually nets 100.

OK, here's Brisgard now. I'm slowly replacing Industrial Age stuff with Progressive stuff. You'll see a Lamp Factory there. No Garages yet, as they need a two-lane road. Maybe I'll try re-organizing the whole city soon, by getting rid of all my Industrial Production buildings.

Overall, I'm losing a bit of interest in the game (playing other games a bit more now), but I'm collecting each day. It's the Fall Event this week, that I'm not really that interested in. That's because of the multi-building grand prize. I hate those from these events. The Airship and Governer's Villa are awesome. I wish I'd never built the Hippodrome set, especially on my Tiny Town world. Note that I did Store and AD all the Celtic sets I had. Best thing I ever did. Oh well, I'll do all the quests, and get all the rewards from it (hopefully some Wishing Wells :)), but I'm not interested in the final building.

The only new Great Building this week was the Cathedral of Achen on Cirgard. I got enough Medals for another expansion and got room for it. The next building I'm going for on most worlds is Alcatraz. I nearly have all the goods for it on Brisgard, and might wait until I get to Progressive on the other worlds too. I really need the Temple of Relics on Dunarsund, Cirgard, and Noarsil, and that will probably come first. I might spend some Diamonds on expansions soon.
