A Relaxing Week!!

Hi,

I took a bit more relaxed week this week, instead of trying to make as many Diamonds as possible. I only completed GE3 on a few worlds, and didn't do GE4 on any of them. This week was more about establishing each city better in the age they just moved up to.

On Brisgard, I finally finished the Progressive tech tree. Now it's back to Swap threads. I was leveling my ARC above level 10, but realized that I should get some of my Attack buildings up to 10 first. So I stopped leveling the ARC and switched to CDM. Here's Brisgard, with a little more 2 lane road, and now Tank and Armored Car barracks. There are also the others that don't require a two lane road, like the Conscript and Sniper etc.

There's still tons of Industrial buildings there though. I did build a Cattle Ranch though, to boost my supplies. I might delete some Industrial Production buildings soon, and re-configure the whole city to better use the two-lane road, and upgrade everything to Progressive.

On the other worlds, I did pretty much complete getting them all caught up to the age they've moved in to. All barracks and production buildings from the new age.

Oh yeah, I got the last two ARCs I needed too. So now I have 6 ARCs, on all my worlds except East-Nagach (my Tiny Town).

So, some Diamonds came from GE this week, but I got quite a few hits on my Wishing Wells and FoYs. Also, I realized one very interesting thing, on the Continent Map. There's a sector called Tarmelmann on the first Age map. It gives 100 Diamonds when conquered!! So, I got it done on Cirgard this week, and will do on Noarsil next week. It's only once per world, but it's a very nice bonus.

So, most of this week was just chilling, getting supplies, coins, and goods, and not even doing the Daily most of the time. Oh, and working on all the Cultural Settlements, and a little GBG too. Very relaxing.

Wow..What a Week!!

Well well well. So much happened this week that it seems so much more than a week. First, I've got a couple more ARCs that have been built. They're on Dunarsund and Sineraria. On Cirgard, I'm having trouble getting goods from someone in the guild. On Noarsil, the person with the goods is off the game for a while because of the illness of someone in their family. I have the Prints on both of them, having spend 400 Diamonds for the last two.

Talking of Diamonds, that's one of the other reasons it's been an amazing week. I did make it up above 9000 Diamonds, but back down after spending 400. But I still ended up with over 1000 more than last week!! It's mostly from GE (the perfect week, with all worlds aging up, and having GE still at the lower level).

So, about Aging up on all worlds. Well, the ones who had it easiest were the Iron Age worlds. They moved smoothly to the Early Middle Ages and now have upgraded nearly all barracks, production buildings and stuff. The ones moving to High Middle Ages had it pretty easy too. On Brisgard and Dunarsund, I ran into problems. Neither of them are through their ages yet (with goods being a real issue on Brisgard). And they aren't near upgrading buildings yet either.

Here's a look at Brisgard, with a tiny bit of two lane road, and a goods building and two military buildings on it. Brisgard is having population issues too.

That's about it. I'm planning on stopping at the end of these ages now for quite a time. The process from now to then will be upgrading all buildings, moving all special buildings to the current age. Some are left for the previous age for goods etc. and building up a healthy supply of goods.

The next event will be the Fall event. I've looked into it a bit, and see that it's got a multi-building grand prize. That's like the Celtic Forest set, which I no longer have on any world. I think I'll do the event just for the daily prizes etc., but just ignore the grand prize. Maybe the next aging up will happen after that event :)

Summer Event Completed!!

 Hi,

Yes, the Summer Event is coming to an end today. I was really worried that I'd need to spend Diamonds, but all my Worlds got to level 9 without spending any Diamonds. Here's what happened on my furthest behind world though, Cirgard. I was 4 spaces away from the level 8 upgrade coming in to the last day (today). All I needed was to avoid having three 1s in a row from the Compass and I'd be fine. Here goes: 1........1........Yikes........2...Phew. I made it exactly to the upgrade. Pretty lucky if you ask me. Anyway, I may get another Doubloon from an incident today but at least I've got level 9 on all of them. Oh BTW. I pretty much ignored the Wheel, just spinning and not really caring what I got. I also spent all the spins as soon as I got Doubloons.

I didn't spend any Diamonds this week, and they went up to 7690. I am going to spend some on ARC BPs soon, if the current round of spending FPs on ARCs doesn't give the full set. Then to get all the goods, and build all of them. I'm looking to get them on all Worlds except the Tiny World. I've got all the prints on Cirgard, so I only need Dunarsund, Noarsil, and Sinerania.

Talking of the Tiny World, I worked on getting the BPs for LoA and built that towards the end of the Summer Event, when I didn't need tons of production buildings any more. Here's my Tiny Town now:

So, Hippodrome, Villa, LoA, Zeus, and ToB there. Not much room for much else. I think I'll age up to EMA tomorrow here.

Talking of Aging up, I'm planning to do that on several Worlds. Cirgard, East-Nagach, Houndsmoor, Noarsil, and Sinerania. I'm not planning to go on Brisgard or Dunarsund yet, as they're not quite ready in terms of goods needed before moving on. I don't know the timing of the next event, either, so they might have to stay there for it, if it's coming soon.

Most of my Diamonds this week were from GE. I was pretty unlucky there, so there could have been a lot more. Missed way more 50% chances than I made.

My 2nd ARC!!

Yes, that's right. I got a 2nd ARC. It's on Houndsmoor. Here it is:

I traded to get goods for Negotiating a province that would give me an expansion. Then I got another with medals. So that's how I got room for it. I traded for the goods with a player in my guild there. It's level 2 now. The reason this is important is that I watched a video by foliate that said how an ARC changes the game for a player. I think I will try hard to get an ARC on every world I'm on now.

Now, with that out of the way, let's talk about what else has been going on. Well, on the summer event, I'm doing the daily every day, and logging in every day. That's 3 Doubloons a day now. It's so disappointing that some Worlds have got the one but last Villa upgrade. So my Villas are now all level 6 and 7. I'm very worried that some will be a bit short of level 9 by the time it ends.

I did do a fair bit of GE this week, but not as much as last week. I did get to level 4 on a few Worlds though. So Diamonds went up by about 800 this week. Time to start spending some, I think.

I'm really looking forward to the end of Summer Event now. That's because I've decided to Age up on all worlds. I'll take breaks at the end of each age (like I'm doing in Industrial on Brisgard) until I've got tons of goods, and really ready to take on the next age.

Oh, I got another Fountain of Youth this week, On Cirgard. I had a shrink kit there too, and so it's not taking too much space.

On Briasgard, I did totally finish the Industrial Map. This took a lot of goods, and that's why I'm no where near ready to move up in Age there. On Dunarsund, it's pretty much the same deal. i have to build up the goods pile. All other worlds are ready.

Summer Event Madness!!

Hi,

Whew. Tons of Summer Event stuff going on this week. Nearly every world is caught up on the event quest line. Others are on the daily quests now and only a couple behind. This is especially because of quest number 39. I can't remember what day it is, but it's the one where you either do Antiques Dealer or do 24 hour productions. Here's the issue. If you're in Iron Age, you don't have access to the AD. So your only option is doing 10!! 24 hour productions. This absolutely stinks, especially in my Tiny Town. I had to re-configure it to get rid of the Butchers, and fit 11 Blacksmiths in there. Oh well, at least my 3 Iron Age cities will be completing that quest today. Here's a look at my Tiny Town, with the Governer's Villa installed.

East Nagach

That's a level 5 Villa there. That's where nearly all my Worlds are, having completed quests to get a Upgrade, and have 3 upgrades from the ship part. I'm a bit worried about getting to level 9. There's one more upgrade at the end of the quest line, so that's 3 more required from the ship part. Yikes. I think it's going to be really close, and down to the randomness of the ship. Yuck! I think this might be the first event I'm willing to use Diamonds on.

Talking of Diamonds, I got about 900 this week. That's mostly through GE. Nearly all Worlds got into GE4 and did most of the Diamond getting parts, I mostly stopped before the last platform, not even trying for that last chance at 50 Diamonds. I got another couple of hits on Wishing Wells this week too.

Oh, one more thing about the Summer Event, I have the Villa on all my Worlds except my two Wishing Well farm cities (Dunarsund and Sinerania). They just don't have any room, and even with re-configuring, I couldn't get enough room. I'll get it on them eventually, once they get some more expansion space. In fact, I plan to age up on Sinerania, and maybe even Dunarsund too.

Total Wishing Wells have gone up a bit this week. I did get one more on Dunarsund, but stored the one on East-Nagach, because of lack of space. On Sinerania, I plopped down 3 more that I had in storage. This was the choice instead of constructing the Villa.
